2026 Parent Chairs

Banquet & Awards - Lisa Kalnicky
Buy awards and host an end of the season banquet to distribute team awards.


Clerks of Course - Stephanie Weber and Chris Castaldo
Organize swimmers before each event; check line up reports; line swimmers up for events; and lead swimmers to the starting blocks.


Concessions (Grill) - TWO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Plan, purchase and organize food for sale at every home meet for the grill.

Concessions - Kelly Mann and Terri Adame
Plan, purchase and organize food for sale at every home meet.

Events - Cindy Baleskie
Event and volunteer coordinator for: Kickoff Party, Photo Day, Trivia Night, Fourth of July Parade, Late Night Party, and Pasta Party. 


Jobs Coordinator - ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED
Overlooks family job requirements, job check-in at meets, ensures jobs are filled and acts as the point-of-contact for parent jobs for the team.


Officials - Craig Louden
Organize officials to judge at all home and away meets.


Spirit & Parties - Lisa Biewer
Plan, purchase, and organize decorations and supplies for themed dual meets. Purchase treats for Fun Fridays for the coaches to distribute. Work and coordinate with the coaches to make posters for Classic/City. Overlook the process of hanging posters.

Raffle Coordinator - ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED
The Raffle Coordinator oversees the planning, organization and execution of the Bucs raffle fundraiser. This role plays a key part in supporting team fundraising efforts.

Ribbons - Kristyn Wojciechowski
Sort and label ribbons for each swimmer and place in file boxes.  

Scoring - Rachelle Terada, Beth O'Riordan, Paula Recendiz and Jen Scarbourough (TWO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED)
Manage meet software and computers.


Set-up & Take Down - TWO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Prepare pool facilities and area for meets.

Slideshow - Stephanie Volante
Take, collect and organize pictures and create end-of-season slideshow.


Time Drops and Broken Records - ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED
Track times and award "speeding ticket" stickers for 12 and under age groups; award
Bucs Bucs to 13 and overs.

Timers - Caryn Phelan
In charge of lane timers at home meets: distributes/collects watches and clipboards to lane timers, assigns lanes to timers 15 minutes prior to the meet start time. Training will be provided.


Webmaster - Carrie Cole
Maintain the website and other computer related items.


Additional Volunteer Roles

The following roles qualify for dual meet job credit. Families who serve in one of these roles will receive a reduction in their required dual meet job commitments (5 regular jobs + 1 floater). Job credits are listed next to each position. Sign up for fewer dual meet jobs by setting in one of these roles!

Music Bingo Host (3 Dual Meet Job Credits) - ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED
The Music Bingo Host plans, organizes and leads the Bucs Music Bingo fundaiser night, held on Saturday, June 27 from 6:00 - 9:00pm. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys music, entertaining and creating a fun, high-energy event.

Classic Meet Job Coordinator (2 Dual Meet Job Credits) - ONE VOLUNTEER NEEDED
The Classic Meet Job Coordinator manages volunteer check-in and coordination for Brookdale Bucs families working the Classic Championship Meet (July 18). This role ensures all assigned Bucs volunteers report on time and are properly positioned for their job sessions.
